tree view of repository including following external references

Hi,

Before we write one, does anyone have a program which you can point at a
repository and it produces a tree including following external references?

We have some repositories with a great deal of external references and it
would be great to see something like:

repos
  f1
  f2
  d1 -> [http://a.b.c/]
    f11
    f12
    f13
    d2 -> [http://x.y.z]
      f111
      f112
      f113
  d
  e

where -> indicates an external reference (svn:externals property) and []
enclose the external reference.

RapidSVN and other subversion client tools can show the svn:externals but we
want to visualise them.
