This has to be a fragment that this mailing list doesn't have a
reply-to header that sets replied automatically back to the list email
address. Instead you reply back to the person who posted to the list
and have to remember ( I always forget ) to change the To: back to the
user list, or as a lot of people here do, CC the list. Whish means
that person typically gets 2 emails.

Was this a decision made early on? Can it be changed? It seems to me
that most mailing lists have it setup that hitting reply composes a
reply back to the list.
