These are for Red Hat Enterprise 3...

...but you're running Red Hat Enterprise 2. This can't work.

You'll either have to find RPMs for Red Hat Enterprise 2 elsewhere, or
build Subversion from sources, or upgrade to Red Hat Enterprise 3, Red
Hat Linux 9 or Fedora.
