what's curious is that it's not even clear where you'd *get* the apr-0.9.5
stuff. if i go to the apache site, under download, the most recent
version that's even available is only apr-0.9.4.

if you try to get more recent, all i see are dated snapshots or the CVS
tree. it's one thing to have a dependency of a beta release, but it's
weirder to have a dependency of something you can't even find. that's a
bit odd.
