perl-SVN RPM for Mandrake, was: Re: Perl frontend is elusive

Mandrake has a seperate RPM for it:

  http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/cooker/contrib/i586/perl-SVN-0.36.0-1mdk.i586.html

The source RPM is for subversion as a whole:

  http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/cooker/contrib/SRPMS/subversion-0.36.0-1mdk.src.html

Perhaps the Red Hat / Fedora RPMS could be also build the perl RPM
if their spec files had a section added?

I suppose ideally this perl module would be on CPAN?
