Its just what I am trying too, but I always get the error:

* Dumped revision 0.
svn: Filesystem has no such representation
svn: svn_fs__bdb_read_rep: no such representation 'n'

when I try to dump
(I posted already concerning this topic, but nothing helped).

Now, perhaps its a disk/memory problem (but I think
my database is partially destroyed...)

so I would be interested in some information like:

- how big is your 33.1 repo
- how much ram do you have
- how much free disk space do you have

My repository is:
- 500 MB with all log files
- the db/strings file is 170 MB
- I use win2ksp4 german
- I have 260 MB free ram actually
