$Id$ string?

I just switched from RCS to svn. I used to use the $Id$ string in my source files before. This string gets replaced with the current revision number and some other information on checkin by the RCS checkin script. Does something like this exist in svn? Can I tell svn to replace some string in my source files with the current revision number?
