500 Internal error running SVN in windows

Hi,

I've used the SVN since version 0.15 without any problems.
It's installed in a WIN2000 server running a Apache 2.0.47.

When I installed version 0.29 it stopped working, I've roll back to version 0.27 and everything back to work.
Now I've downloaded the 0.30 version and the same error occurs...

Both using the browser or Tortoise it reports an HTTP 500 internal error.
I haven't changed a line in httpd.conf or any other setting since the first install.

Any ideas on this?
