Can't get dav_Svn to load in Windows 2000 Server

Hi!!

After testing on my own machine, a laptop Dell I now have borrowed an old
server for networked repository testing. There has been no problems to get
Dav_svn or Apache to run on my laptop (win 2000). Apache installs and runs
fine on the server, but when I try to add dav_svn to httpd.config on the
server it will not load.

I have compared the conf files of my laptop and the server, they are the
same. I have installed Apache and dav_svn the same way on both machines.

I get the message

Cannot load d:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/modules/mod_dav_svn.so
into server: The specified module could not be found.

But the module is there, just as all the other modules for Apache!

Could this be a path env. variable problem? Have tried to add some paths to
svn and to apache to the variable without success. Could this be a access
rights problem? But why is only dav_svn making trouble and not ordinary DAV?
