PMFJI, but I wonder if it's something you really want. I can't read from this answer whether this is something that is eventually planned, but as a ClearCase user, I've tried working with that implementation in CC vobs - it's almost always been more hassle than it solved. Granted, there may be better ways to implementing it of course.

In general, IMO it's is wrong to share actual source files between projects (in the way I understand the OP's question...maybe I misunderstand). Separate out the functionality to a separate library/module/component/project or however makes sense for you and reuse that instead.
