GDI resource leak in v1.9.7

Hi,

Using repo-browser to view files in a tag creates 6000+ GDI objects (as reported by Windows task manager). Trying to copy the tag to another branch (via right-click) causes this to increase to 10000, and crashes TortoiseSVN. I've reverted to v1.9.4, where viewing the same repo only creates ~140 GDI objects, though I'm pretty sure I was using v1.9.6 previously without this issue. Using Windows 7 Professional, SP1, 64-bit.
