changing language property suggests "tsvn:lang" property name

Hi,

not sure whether this is considered a minor bug or behaves as intended,
but it got me thinking.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the TSVN properties panel:

2. Click on New... -> Languages

3. Click OK

Actual result:
Enter Log Message dialog opens stating: "Edit property 'tsvn:lang' on [...]"

Expected result:
Enter Log message dialog opens stating "Edit property
'tsvn:projectlanguage' on [...]"

Note that confirming the dialog actually sets the correct
(tsvn::projectlanguage) property. Hence, it's only (if at all?) a
display issue of the text.
