Commit hangs

Every time I commit a change on one repository it hangs after I press OK and the mouse display the busy icon.
If I press the cancel button it exits.
Then, if I try to commit again it tells me that the source needs to be updated and proposes the update dialog.
If I accept to update then my source is ok and in the log I see the commit.
