the "out of focus" is a problem with your OS setup, most likely a third
party tool: TSVN starts a new TortoiseProc process which shows that
dialog - and on a good OS setup, new processes have their
windows/dialogs always show on top.

Problem with only one revision selected is fixed in r27565.
