Bugtraq-URL tooltip gets stuck

Hello Stefan!

If bugtraq:url is defined, a bug ID in the (middle) Message window of the Log Messages dialog is shown as a link to the bug.

But the tooltip is not recalculated properly. If I select a different commit with a different bug Id/ link, the tooltip is kept.
The link actually used if I click on it is correct, though. See attached screenshot.

But this happens only if there is exactly one BugID in the message and in the message that was selected before.
If there are two of them, the first one initially has the old tooltip.
Move to the second one and get the correct tooltip,
move back to the first and get an updated, correct tooltip too.
