​I'm afraid I won't be able to help with the bug, however: I've been
looking for a plugin to integrate jira with torotoisesvn, but none of the
plugin at https://tortoisesvn.net/issuetrackerplugins.html appear to work
with current versions of Jira. This appears to be a new one, any chance you
could share where you got it?
