SVN Error

Hi,

I am new to use this tool. While doing a check out, instead of selecting the file path on desktop, I have selected the desktop path. All the icons on the desktop have converted with a "Question Mark" (?) symbol. If I am creating any new files in desktop, I am getting an icon with a question mark.
I tried revert option from context menu but no use.

Kindly help on what can be done to revert the changes.
