That is way easier to get now with the screenshots. :-)
You should know that svn:keyword-properties are file properties rather
than directory properties, as far as I can tell. Therefore if you use
TSVN to set these properties on a directory, the "Apply properties
recursively" checkbox is implicitly active (since these values cannot be
set on a directory, but will rather be set on the files inside that
directory).
After you applied the proeprty changes, they won't show up on the
properties of the directory, since they have been set on each of the
files in that directory instead (just check out the file property ---
you'll see the proeprty is set there).
After you committed the changes you made, they got populated to the
repository. Your colleagues then updated their working directory and
therefore see the properties working for them now.
