You attached the screenshots in the docx-format. Please understand that
I won't open that file here due to obvious reasons. I guess that others
won't either. In general I suggest you attach any screenshots into the
mail directly rather than attaching some document.
Due to the lack of the screenshots it's hard for me to get your
questions right. With regards to the question/observation that you
cannot tick "Apply property recursively":
I take it you tried to set the value on a file rather than onto a
directory. Note that "Apply property recursively" means to apply a
property onto the directory and all files/subdirectories within that
directory.
Hope that explains part of what you are seeing.
If nobody else provides a sufficient answer to your question, I suggest
you repost your mail with inlined screenshots.
