First, make sure the overlays are really from TSVN and not some other
app (Onedrive sync status uses a very similar overlay, other tools do as
well).

To get rid of any status cache, kill the TSVNCache.exe process from the
task manager. Or go to the settings dialog->icon overlays->status cache,
set it to "none", click ok.
Then go back to the settings dialog and set it back to "Default".
