RE: Import and Create Repository missing from context menu

I downgraded to version 1.7 and the Import menu was available, but having converted existing projects to 1.8 I was not able to check out files so I kept hacking on it. I tried versions 1.8.0, 1.8.5 and the latest 1.8.10 development build and finally figured out it had something to do with the .svn file that was in a parent directory. I renamed this file and the Import context menu came back. I renamed it back to .svn and the context menu went away. I deleted this file and checked out the projects in the parent directory and now everything seems to be working. Not sure what happened, but there was some corruption going on. Gladly everything is working again.
