Why would you expect the tree view to refresh and show the added folder
if the selection is on "lib2"? The new folder is not below "lib2" but
below "trunk", so to see the new folder you have to refresh "trunk".

What you expect here is a refresh of the parent of the selected item -
which is not something *I* would expect.
