Feature request: TortoiseProc user names frm app login

For our system in industral environment we have a addition user identification system on windows machines.
With sharp svn there is no problem, i can set the user name executing operations (e.g after creating and automatically checking in of a new archive).
But when i like to use the tortoise dialogs over TortoiseProc there is no way (or i do not see it..)to set the name to show in the log file.
I can solve it by sending a log change after the commit. But for that i must set hook scripts and i must build a lock mechanism if i only want to change the user by programm, but users don't. And in fact, it is not very secure that i can hit the right version to change the right log entry.
It would be very useful to have a additional parameter to set the visible user for the log file manually (and , when working on parameters also one to set the minimum log message length directly checked in the commit window...)

For us it is very important that our own user name be reported in the logfiles.
And we don't really like to begin to change
the source code ourself and coding something wrong.
Could you provide a solution to help us to solve our problem?

With best regards
S. Frei
