Upade issue

I have the latest version of Tortoise SVN 1.8.5.25224 64bit installed.

I have tried to update an older local copy from revision 630 to the current one which is 828.
Some files were marked as "revisioned" in the update window and were not updated to the latest
revision at all.

Tortoise SVN states the local copy is now on revision 828 however the files marked with "revisioned"
are different in content from the latest revision.

We have no idea why, but it is a serious issue as the faulty files creates compile and worse runtime errors/faults.

Please help us understand what happens here.
