Perhaps at some point you individually updated those files to a
specific revision?
Try using "Update to revision..." instead of just "Update" in the
context menu. That way you can "reset" the working copy to HEAD
regardless of what individual file changes you may have done.
If that doesn't work, you can check out a new working copy and then
copy over any modified files from your old working copy before
deleting it.
