Windows 8 Libraries missing buttons

Hi,

I recently switched to Win8 and I can't get the Subversion Library to work. I can add the library from the settings menu, I can add folders to the library, but the 'Update', 'Commit', etc buttons are nowhere to be found.

Am I doing something wrong? Is this no longer available on Win8?
