Do you mean "only occurs in TSVN 1.8.4" or "only occurs in directories
which contain only linked repositories"?

No, you'll have to explain what you mean. What is a linked entry? Entry in
what? What is the URL? It is not possible to have a URL composed of links
to several repositories.
