RE: Repo-Browser treis to Login with https connection

I tested a little bit. The problem only occurs in the release TortoiseSVN 1.8.4 Build 24972 on Directories which contains only linker repositories. Our Project uses five repositories which are combined in a linked entry (I hope i use the wright terms). So we got an url for our development_trunk which only consist out of links to a data_repository, database-repository etc.

The REPO_Browser works if it is admitted on the under directories (data_repository....) directly. On the main url (development_trunk) it asks for a non existing HTTPS login. This can't be canceled. and after closing all Tortoise windows more parts of Tortoise won't work anymore. Only computer restart helps.

so I hope now I described the problem on a way you can reproduce it.
