No, this is just trying to hit ANY of our repositories. We are using the new Subversion Edge (so 1.8.2 I believe) but the same thing happens when we try to hit our older repos, and again, that's from multiple installs.....we didn't even get prompted for login, thats how fast it hangs. We have gone back to 1.7.11 for now....
