None whatsoever. You'll have to provide some more information first.

Which operation were you doing that caused the hang? Checkout, show log,
commit, diff? Are you talking about local operations on the working copy or
operations that require connection to the repository? (If that sounds like
a dull question, you'd be surprised how many people use the terms working
copy and repository interchangeably).

What repository access method are you using? http://, svn://, file://?

What version is your subversion server?
