When I did reboot later, my icon overlays disappeared. Following the
instructions in the FAQ <http://tortoisesvn.net/faq.html#ovllostonupgrade>,
I did a repair installation and rebooted again; same result. I then
noticed the "SVN upgrade working copy" message when I right-clicked a
working copy directory. Doing so made the icon overlays come back. Maybe
that should be mentioned in the FAQ.
