Rename file suggests too many suggestions

I'm trying to rename one file in a folder (with hundreds of files):
[right-click on file] > TortiseSVN > Rename...

The Rename dialog appears:
dbo.User_data.Table.sql

I rename it and choose OK:
dbo.User_data_old.Table.sql

A dialog appears with a message:
"TortoiseSVN has detected similar filenames. Do you want the files: ..."

There are multiple issues with this dialog:
1. The dialog is longer than my screen, so I can't see any of the options at the bottom of the dialog (Yes/No/Cancel)
2. The dialog cannot be re-sized, so my only option is to close the dialog (right-corner X)
3. The suggestions it gives are WAY off base, for example:
dbo.Addresses.Table.sql -> dbo.User_data_old.Table.Addresses.Table.sql

At the very least it would be nice to be able to re-size the dialog so I can continue. I haven't found a setting, but I wouldn't mind a way to turn off the suggestions too.

Thanks for your time.
