TortoiseSVN and PuTTY / Pageant

For a long time now (several years) I've been successfully using TortoiseSVN to access a SVN repo (shared with some work colleagues in different parts of the world). By some mechanism I've forgotten now, TortoiseSVN collaborates with a utility called "PuTTY" (which in turn collaborates with a utility called "Pageant"). All this collaboration somehow allows me to access the repo without needing to type a password.
Today, I needed to move TortoiseSVN to a new location (basically, to remove it from my E: drive and re-install it onto my C: drive). It's the same version that was originally installed. However, after the move, I can no longer access our repo, which now keeps asking for my password. It looks as if the info in PuTTY and Pageant is still correct - so I'm assuming that TortoiseSVN has somehow "forgotten" that it needs to access the repo via the PuTTY/Pageant mechanism.
Is there somewhere in TortoiseSVN where I need to configure it to know about PuTTY and Pageant?
