1.8 commit to externals

According to here

http://subversion.apache.org/docs/release-notes/1.8.html#enhancements

under "Command-line client improvements ( client)" it states that SVN 1.8 can now commit recursively into externals working copies. I don't see that this new feature is supported in TortoiseSVN 1.8.0 at this time. Is there an ETA to include it?
