SSL connections broken since 1.7.7

The latest version of TSVN (1.7.13) is failing when connection to a subversion server using SSL and client certificates.

It first failed after upgrading TSVN, so I backtracked through the versions to find where things changed. Version 1.7.6 connects fine, while 1.7.7 and all subsequent versions up to 1.7.13 fail.

The error message is: Unable to connect to a repository, SSL handshake failed: Secure connection truncated.

Attached are images showing an SVN Update command for 1.7.6, 1.7.7 and 1.7.13.

All TSVN versions were tested from the same Windows 7 (64bit) client against the same subversion server and no other changes were made to the environment while testing. Prior to testing all caches were cleared.

Subversion (1.6.17), Debian (Wheezy), Apache2 2.2.22-13.
No error messages appear in the Apache logs.

Is there any way I can diagnose this problem further?
