Hi Gabry,

 First off all thank you very much for the fast response. Yes, the other PC
also use the same 1.7.4 version. If the 1.7.12 is compatible with
Subversion 1.6.5 then I will upgrade my TortoiseSVN to the latest. And let
me check whether the issue exist or not.
