I'm using Windows Firewall and Microsoft Security Essentials. Disabling
them does not seem to help.

Is it just that one working copy or all of them? Have you tried a

I have tried a fresh checkout, including just now. That continues not to
work.

Other than that I'm out of ideas :-(

Thanks for your help. Lacking a better plan, I'll try a complete deinstall
reinstall cycle. If that doesn't do it, is there any way I can help the
dev team troubleshoot this further?
