Client-side hooks not invoking from Repo browser operations

I have included client side hook (almost all tried - pre-commit, post-commit etc).
But client-side hooks are not getting invoked if any operations are performed using Repo browser. E.g. File Add, File Delete, Rename etc. In these case, Commit Dialog is showing, but hooks are not invoking.

If above operations are performed from Windows Shell (with in the check-out folder), these hooks are working properly.

Could you please advice to solve this?
