I'm just really curious why the RB doesn't work when there is no URL history. What registry locations does it use during it's processing relative to URL history?

I thought that I was onto something and noticed that the RB stores URL history in this registry string so I started populating it with the path I wanted but it still hangs. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TortoiseSVN\History\repoURLS

Any ideas of what I can try next?
