I tried that I get long hang (for 3 minutes or so) using your supplied
repository (Could not resolve hostname).
I tried that also with my repo and it worked as expected.
I'm running TortoiseSVN 1.7.99, Build 23309 - 32 Bit -dev as not
privileged user.
