I'm really sorry, still not getting it :(

I deleted the .svn folder in the directory where my code is present (i.e. "trunk"). Now I select all the files in trunk\, right-click -> SVN Cleanup.

But that didn't do anything. I still can't commit the code present in truck\ directory.
