I guess the folder 'extern' is not versioned and the svn:externals
property is on 'src', pulling in the external in src\extern\ids_geom.
That's not supported in svn - it worked in 1.6 but since it was never
supposed to work, it only worked by accident.

Version the folder 'extern' and set your properties on that folder.
