It indicates either a problem or a misunderstanding. But you've not
provided sufficient information to give any kind of assistance.
* How do you access the repository?
* When you enter your credentials, are you successful in performing
the task you've attempted?
* Have you spoken with your repository administrator?
* Are you checking the box that says "Save Authentication"?
* Are you using a shared account on the workstation?
