TortoiseSVN Bug report - tags with externals in 1.7.5

Dear TortoiseSVN developers,

Got problems on tagging in conjuction with externals. Creating a tag works fine, however updating afterwards prints the following message even though files seem to be retrieved:

External failed: E:\Comod\tags\2012.05.16.eSieValves_PhoenixBranchMergeFixes\src\extern\ids_geom
Error: Cannot relocate
Error: 'E:\Comod\tags\2012.05.16.eSieValves_PhoenixBranchMergeFixes\src\extern\ids_geom'
Error: as it is not the root of a working copy; try relocating 'E:\Comod' instead

FYI - 'E:\Comod' is the SVN root folder

ONLY happens with this version:

TortoiseSVN 1.7.5, Build 22551 - 32 Bit , 2012/02/13 17:36:15
