OK. Yes, this option did work to turn the accelerator keys off and on.

However, that's not my problem. I want to COMPLETELY REMOVE these Tortoise items from Explorer's File menu. It was rude and arrogant to put them there ahead of everything else, and I want them gone because they interfere with the way I use Windows Explorer.

So, short of hacking the source, is there any way to do this?
