Make a xperf trace (xperf -start perf!GeneralProfiles.InBuffer &&
timeout -1 && xperf -stop perf!GeneralProfiles.InBuffer TSVN.etl) and
upload the TSVN.etl (zip the file to reduce the size) somewhere.
