The FAQ entry talks about an error that can happen and the possible
solution is to disable the indexing service on working copies.
That's still very relevant.

The FILE_ATTRIBUTE_NOT_CONTENT_INDEXED flag is only set on the .svn
folders where the working copy metadata is kept. Not on the working copy
itself. So the indexing service is still indexing all the files in a
working copy (which is something users still might want to do).
