FAQ update request: Disable indexing service

I believe that SVN 1.7 now sets the FILE_ATTRIBUTE_NOT_CONTENT_INDEXED flag
on “.svn” metadata folders [1,2]. It should therefore not be neccesary to
recommend against indexing of subversion working-copies in the TortoiseSVN
FAQ any more.

Could it be an idea to update the FAQ to reflect this?
