RE: TortoiseSVN 1.7.1 update does not show icon overlays

Same issue here,
sometimes there are icon overlays, sometimes not.
We are on windows 7 - 64 bit, tortoisesvn 1.7.1, and the working copy has been upgraded. We are also using the sliksvn tools (as it provides a javahl 64 bit lib)

Difficult to say when the icon overlay is active or not.
Scenario where it failed was after doing a simple commit.

'SVN info' shows that the files are properly registered.
