TortoiseSVN 1.7.1 update does not show icon overlays

Hello,

Hope someone can help me. I've updated my svn from 1.6.x to 1.7.1 and now the svn icon overlays (green check, red X's) don't show up. I have installed the installation once, rebooted, and then did the second install with repair and rebooted again. I have made sure the installation file is valid with the appropriate digital signature. Also, I am the same user when I am doing my installs and rebooting. Would you folks suggest doing a second repair?
